Position Title – Technical Training Executive, ATTC (Part of Hach Malaysia)

Job Location – Selangor, Malaysia

Overview:

Dynamic trainer dedicated to enhancing skills and knowledge through engaging, interactive learning experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation and Delivery: Deliver training sessions in various settings—classroom, on-site, or online.
  • Design Training Curriculum: Develop training programs that align with organizational goals, including course materials and lesson plans.
  • Engaging External Experts: Collaborate with outside experts to enhance training programs, bringing fresh ideas and up-to-date knowledge to the sessions.
  • Marketing Skills and Promotion: Promote training programs through various channels to attract and retain clients.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives and meets the specific needs of various teams.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment: Identify training gaps by working with managers and team leaders to understand departmental needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Knowledge check through assessment and evaluation at the end of training day.
  • Gathering Feedback from participants to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Documentation and Reporting to maintain accurate training records – attendance, assessment results and etc.
  • Personal and Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends, acquiring new certifications, and participating in relevant training to enhance training quality


Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with 3+ year of experience in instrumentation or working in water related industry.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars is also required. Additional Professional Certification is advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good marketing strategies and mindset to achieve revenue target.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have good personality and interpersonal skills – Passionate in delivering training, Friendly demeanor and approachable, Great teamwork and community building, Adaptable and Knowledgeable.
