Technician

As a Factory Maintenance Member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of woodworking machinery and equipment within the factory. You will be tasked with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize production processes.

• Equipment Inspection and Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Lubricate, clean, and calibrate machines as needed.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Assisting in troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Replace or repair defective parts, components, or systems.
• Doing Welding works, piping, general building maintenance and general cleaning at the factory area.

• Documentations

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with production and quality control teams to understand their needs and address equipment-related concerns.

• Safety Compliance

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance activities.

• Continuous Improvement

• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance machinery reliability and efficiency.
