Technician - IT

Responsibilities:

• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printer, etc).
• Checking computer hardware to ensure functionality.
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specification.
• Developing and maintaining local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Ensuring the security and privacy of networks and computers systems.
• Providing orientation and guidance to ensure on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Organizing and scheduling upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing the work.
• Performing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolves problem (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc).
• Maintaining record/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
• Identifying computers or network equipment shortages and placing orders.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

• Minimum one (1) year of related experience.
