Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Generate interest in our products and services
* Contact potential customers to inform them about our offerings
* Follow up with interested customers
* Develop in-depth product knowledge
* Manage and qualify sales leads
* Build customer relationships and nurture leads
* Provide sales reports and analysis
* Maintain accurate customer data

Additional Information:

* Will be working overnight shift (e.g.: 8PM to 5AM, Mon-Fri)
* Fully working onsite in office

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Sales Focus: Proven ability to drive revenue through telemarketing initiatives.
* Customer Orientation: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to address them proactively.
* Decision Making: Confidence in making informed decisions and collaborating with other teams to achieve sales goals.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
* Professionalism: Maintains a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
* Time Management: Efficiently manages workload and prioritizes tasks.

What You Need to Succeed
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Flexibility to work odd hours and on public holidays
* Strong attention to detail
* High energy and enthusiasm
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team
* Proficiency in web and electronic tools
* Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* CRM system experience
* SAP knowledge (a plus)
