Job Responsibility

  • Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to onboarding.
  • Account Management Assistance: Help customers verify their identity and submit necessary documentation.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Freshgraduate welcome (SPM/Diploma/Degree).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Can speak fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to work in Rotational Shift 24/7.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not always required.
