Job Responsibility
- Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to onboarding.
- Account Management Assistance: Help customers verify their identity and submit necessary documentation.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during onboarding.
- Freshgraduate welcome (SPM/Diploma/Degree).
- Computer literacy.
- Can speak fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to work in Rotational Shift 24/7.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not always required.
- Provided training.
- Annual leave & medical leave

- 5 working days
