Job Responsibility

  • Call consumers to inquire about their satisfaction levels with their shopping experience.
  • No experience needed. Training will be provided.
  • Attend to customer's enquiries and complaints politely
  • Make record for daily call information

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian
  • Able to speak, read & write in Malay, English and / or Chinese
  • No fear of communicating with strangers over the phone.
  • Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Able to commit for at least 1 month (negotiable).

Job Benefits

  • Part time / contract positions are available.
  • RM80 - RM100 per day.
