Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote logistics solutions and services.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through research and targeted outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their logistics needs.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Outbound sales experience ( Cold calling)
  • Minimum Education of Diploma in any relevant field
  • Experience in Logistic Industry is a advantage
  • Experience in Contact Centre is a plus point
