Job Scope
- Perform outbound calls to the customers (database and leads are given)
- Calling prospective clients to introduce company’s products and services (insurance)
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails
- Recording customer interactions and updating customer information in a database
- Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company
- Handling customers from Singapore
- Candidate needs to have minimum 1 year experience in Telesales/Telemarketing(insurance industry preferred)
- Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills in English
- Basic Salary: RM 3,000.00-RM 7000
- 5 working days & 2 days off (weekends off)
- 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
