- To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)
- Maintain all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line
- Maintain conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets
- Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customers profile (CRM)
- Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team (related to Sales Opportunity)
- Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration
