We’re looking for a results-driven Telesales Lead to guide our telesales team, drive conversions, and ensure we consistently exceed sales targets. You’ll Excel in This Role If You…
- Lead, coach, and motivate a telesales team to hit and surpass daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Make outbound calls to key prospects and close high-value sales when needed
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve results
- Develop telesales scripts, pitch materials, and training modules to sharpen sales effectiveness
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reports on team performance and sales metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Malaysian nationality (locals only – applicants must be based in Malaysia)
- 3–5 years of telesales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Background in fintech, insurance, or financial services telesales
- Experience setting up and scaling telesales teams in startups or high-growth companies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales automation tools
