We’re looking for a motivated Telesales & Onboarding Executive to drive merchant acquisition, manage end-to-end onboarding, and ensure our partners experience a seamless journey joining us. With a competitive basic salary plus commission package, this role is perfect for someone hungry to build relationships and close deals fast.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

  • Pitch and onboard new merchants, ensuring smooth setup and activation on our platform
  • Build strong merchant relationships and act as their go-to point of contact during onboarding
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and converting merchants into long-term partners
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in merchant documentation and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to deliver an excellent onboarding experience

The Right Fit Has…

  • Malaysian nationality (locals only – applicants must be based in Malaysia)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or account management (fresh grads with high drive are also welcome)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales or onboarding targets
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or merchant services
  • Knowledge of sales CRM tools and onboarding workflows
  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies
