Job Responsibility
- Prepare PR and RFS requests as instructed by the Engineer or Head of Department.
- Assist in creating contract, tender, and payment documents for completed maintenance work.
- Help schedule and monitor maintenance activities for plant equipment at Refining and PPD units.
- Keep accurate records such as receipts and payment summaries, and update data in the SKB system.
- Support documentation and reporting tasks, including PV50 program updates, and ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Perform additional assignments and projects as assigned by management
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent. Higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) are an added advantage.
- Temporary position for 3 months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment or on temporary assignments would be an advantage
