- 準備向供應商報價的計畫和文件，作為定價的依據。
- 根據招標要求，取得、彙編和評估各個供應商/廠商的報價。
- 編制工程量清單，包括工程量估算、材料採購、材料測量和估算以及人力成本。
- 進行詳細的細分定價。
- 了解有關工作範圍、定價計畫和非物質要求的招標內容。
- 執行經理指派的其他臨時職責。
- 工料測量/建築服務專業文憑持有者。
- 至少2至3年的專案招標經驗。
- 最好了解並熟悉設計和建造招標。
- 熟悉 MS Office 應用程式（Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint）。
- 細緻、細緻。
- 能夠獨立工作。
