Terminal IT Support/Asst IT Support

• Installation and maintenance of new hardware/software at partner sites
• Installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras at partner sites
• Installation and maintenance of network devices and equipment at partner sites
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues including hardware/software problems and performance issues at partner sites. Coordinate with regional IT support in resolving issues.
• Assist in the smooth and successful implementation of Easybook’s online and offline systems, including training and documentation.
• Responsible for making sure Easybook’s systems are running efficiently and always available for partner access.
• Create, generate, renew, modify, and monitor partner trip schedules.
• Assist in conducting demonstrations and presentation to partners.
• Create weekly work performance reports, issues log and incident reports.
• Experience in analysing supplier issue and addressing them with proven troubleshooting skills and techniques.
• Understand daily operation workflow of supplier’s company
• Support client on company’s product
• Assist in testing and preparation of new product feature.
• To handle and attend to user problems on IT related matters.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Act as a point reference for engineer regarding any request raised by supplier
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering / Information Technology or any related course.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift basis and willing to work extended hours/weekend and good working attitude.
• Working Location: Bus Terminal Miri Sentral, Sarawak.
• Can work from home and report onsite.
