Test Development Engineer

In this role, you'll lead the development of innovative semiconductor test solutions. You'll work closely with customers on new product development, design hardware for testing, and ensure high-yield targets are met. With a focus on excellence and tight schedules, you'll significantly impact a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with customers on new product development and special engineering builds.
2. Develop test programs and hardware, including the design of hardware compatible with available test equipment.
3. Provide new test solutions, encompassing all activities from initial transfer and correlation to achieving desirable yield targets.
4. Conduct MSA/GR&R on all test solutions before releasing them to production.
5. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree in Engineering; Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
2. Familiarity with test design reviews and new test solution qualifications.
3. Knowledge of basic electronics and programming.
4. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in semiconductor test development.
5. Proficiency in debugging semiconductor testers
6. Experience in programming languages C++ and LabView.
