Test Engineer (Electrical)

Your Job

Take charge of Testers development and guide daily & prevention maintenance.

What You Will Do

• To provide test solution for ICM new products and production, including tester design, quote and tracking purchase process
• Manage to production tester efficiency & quality continual improvement
• Conduct electrical failures analysis and improvement guidance
• Assist QA to deal with customer’s complaint
• Control projects progress and realized goal well
• Create and release related documents for testers such as: Tester specification, PWI & Golden sample list, Spare part List, Fixture GR&R
• Train technicians for work skills and responsible for their activities in daily work
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Communication, or relevant fields; additional qualifications or certification as an Electrician will be an added advantage
• You have proven experience in testing within the manufacturing industry, particularly in developing non-standard automation or semi-automation testing solutions, with a focus on hardware direction
• You have experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of automation.
• You can apply your engineering mindset to tackle manufacturing-related challenges, analyze electrical failures, and provide solutions
• You are familiar with circuit design, PCB design, or programming languages such as PLC or LabVIEW
• You are familiar with the operation of test instruments such as VNA, oscilloscope, Hi-pot tester, and LCR meter
• You know the basics of SI testing
• You are skilled in communication and teamwork with other departments, such as Production, QA, and Engineering
• You are highly proficient in English, both verbal and written
• You have the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet targeted objectives
• You have the ability to evaluate the feasibility of new tester designs, fixture costs, and capacity improvements
• You demonstrate good teamwork spirit, are proactive in action, and have a sense of urgency
• You have knowledge of the 4M principles
