Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead yield improvement, productivity and cycle time improvements.
- Support of production lot disposition, determine root cause and fixes.
- New product/process introduction, develop procedures and process controls for high volume manufacturing.
- Develop jigs and fixtures as needed.
- Develop production training materials and OCAPs.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or equivalent.
- 0 - 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Self motivated team player with high level of ownership.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced global team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with semiconductor test process.
- Knowledge in programming is a plus (eg. php/SQL)
