As a Therapy Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive training and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, support sales teams, and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive training, product demonstrations to healthcare professionals (including internal stakeholders & sales team) on the proper use of our products, features, benefits, and clinical applications. Service existing accounts and actively seek out new business opportunities to ensure business growth.
• Gather market intelligence and updates on emerging healthcare technologies.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Provide updates on safe practices, clinical research, and data related to the product or service portfolio (applicable to nursing professionals only).
• Consultation on product utilization and application as well as current and potential clinical issues using latest clinical practice guidelines.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing, preferably registered nurse with valid APC
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Nurse in clinical settings
• Experience in the management of infusion therapy and infection control
• Experience in education and training with healthcare professionals
• Stakeholder management experience involving medical practitioners of a hospital
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
