We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and positive female TikTok Host with a passion for the F&B industry, who can sell, entertain, and engage audiences live on TikTok and other short-form platforms. The ideal candidate should be camera-friendly, energetic, and well-versed in video content creation, live selling techniques, and TikTok trends. This person must also possess basic video editing and graphic skills, excellent communication ability, and a team-first attitude.

- Host TikTok Live sessions and pre-recorded content to promote F&B products and campaigns
- Confidently demonstrate product benefits, share key selling points, answer viewer questions, and handle live purchases
- Create compelling short-form content using CapCut, TikTok editor, or similar apps
- Support with caption writing, basic thumbnail/poster creation (Canva)
- Respond promptly to viewer comments and DM inquiries post-Live sessions
- Work closely with the marketing and product team to plan Live scripts, hooks, and promotional angles
- Adapt content strategies according to campaign goals and product focus (e.g., bundling, limited-time offers)
- Study past performance analytics to improve hosting style and conversion
- Keep updated with TikTok F&B trends, competitor analysis, and viral content patterns
- Contribute to the brand voice by building a personal, relatable host identity aligned with company values
- Recommend strategic campaign themes, live show formats, and influencer collaborations
- Support marketing team in translating social feedback into product or branding suggestions
- Help drive follower growth, retention, and engagement by nurturing a loyal viewer base
- Strong camera presence, ability to engage and entertain a live audience
- High confidence in product selling, storytelling, and persuasive communication
- Ability to multitask under pressure during live sessions (talking, demo, handling comments)
- Basic video editing (CapCut, TikTok editor) and design (Canva)
- Time discipline and content scheduling consistency
- Highly positive personality, vibrant, cheerful, and energetic
- Excellent team collaboration skills â takes feedback, respects structure, and contributes proactively

Job Requirements
- Female, aged 20â35, with attractive appearance
- Minimum 6 months experience in hosting, sales, customer service, or content creation, Prior experience in direct selling is added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to appear confidently on camera (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Familiarity with TikTok algorithms, trending formats, and audience engagement tactics
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English both oral and written
