About the team
In this role, you will be part of Malaysia TikTok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy's Assortment Operations function, driving key assortment operations projects with strategic research, data analytics, and project management

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team in charge of Malaysia TikTok Shop's assortment growth strategy and operations
• Responsible for the execution of assortment growth operations, including target assortment identification, Cluster team collaborations, and assortment support resources operations
• Responsible for analytics of assortment growth operations, including evaluation of potential product identification methodology, evaluation of support resources effectiveness, and deep dive analysis per Cluster situations

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience. Past experience in e-commerce platform's assortment operations is strongly preferred
• Have strong sense of data and analytics. Must be fluent in Excel-based analytics. Past working experience with SQL is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Eager to learn and always up to take on new challenges. Experience in dynamic and fast-changing working environments is strongly preferred
• Open to flexible working arrangement outside of regular working hours per business requirements, and open to business travels
