Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage control & payment of supplier invoices with adherence to internal control procedures. Manage vendor needs by resolving any inquiries & claims.
- Implement all required processes & procedures related to the Group “Purchase-To-Pay” process.
- Pursuing a Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Possess basic proficiency at Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Native/professional fluency in Mandarin & English is required for this opportunity as this role assists with coverage of CHN region.
- Strong passion to learn & grow through exposure with different tasks/projects.
- Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills & attention to detail. Equipped with good communication skills & creative thinking capacity.
- Gain exposure on end-to-end processes from invoice booking, payment, to month-end closing.
- As this is a Shared Services role, possibilities for country scope rotation, which provides exposure to the local requirements across 7 different countries in ASIA (More countries to come).
