TP - Business Consultant

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer requirements and demonstrate product value by defining appropriate methodologies and documentation.
• Analyze and document customer needs, while constructively challenging existing processes to drive improvement.
• Lead solution positioning, develop technical application use cases, and ensure accuracy of all customer-facing collateral.
• Contribute to or conduct proof of concept activities to validate proposed solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring effective support, issue resolution, and end-user enablement.
• Leverage project deliverables to create reusable assets and best practices for future engagements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in functional consulting or business analyst role
• Experience with Technology Implementation and Object-Oriented Diagramming
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or manufacturing environment is a plus
• DELMIA Quintiq Industry Knowledge is a plus
• Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Korean is a plus
