About the Role
You have made first experience in transaction administration and client servicing in finance area, possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy direct client contact?
This might be your next challenge:
You will be responsible for managing task assignments, perform email triaging and ensuring accurate payment allocation in trade finance. This includes timely and accurate review of client requests, assigning tasks to the appropriate sub-team, segregating new transactions requests and amendments from general client enquiries to ensure fast processing and completeness. Your role is key in ensuring outstanding client experience and communication to our global banking clients and brokers.
In particular your responsibilities will include the following:
- Closely interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders in Operations located in various regions and markets, as well as with external stakeholders such as clients and brokers to deliver seamless service to our global clients.
- Analyze incoming emails and documents, evaluate task requirements to determine whether they involve new transactions, amendments or general enquiries and assign the tasks to the appropriate team which includes several lines of business such as Trade Finance, Commodity Trade Finance and Political Risk Insurance for efficient and timely handling of the tasks.
- Process and allocate client payments accurately and in alignment with business requirements, support reconciliation of payments and premium booking on corresponding cases. Resolve discrepancies or escalate issues related to the booking in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the clients on their account statements, communicate with clients to clarify payment enquiries or to gather additional information when required ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining high service standards to the client.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within the Operations Team in ensuring timely task assignments, payment triaging and premium bookings.

About You
You are aware of the importance of clients, understand their needs and are passionate to work with them to meet or exceed their expectations. You like to take personal ownership for your day-to-day responsibilities.
Education
Completed commercial education preferably banking specialist or bachelor studies in economics or international trade or job experience equivalent to the related fields.
Relevant professional experience
You have obtained first experience in bank area.
It is a plus if you have experience with or trade finance transaction processing or credit insurance products or similar role involving task management.
Previous experience in client facing role preferably in finance environment.
Having experience in payment allocation and reconciliation is a plus.
Linguistics
Proficiency in English language, reading, written and verbal, is a must.
Additional languages are a plus
Technical Competencies
Demonstrate good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office especially excel.
Familiarity with task management tools is a plus.
