The Opportunity

Gallagher Security is seeking a Technical Enablement Trainer to join our Asia team, based in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is responsible for delivering certification and training programs to channel partners, installers, and end users across Asia, using Gallagher’s established training syllabuses and certification frameworks.

The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting the development of technical capability across the region. Training will be delivered through a combination of virtual classrooms and physical instructor-led sessions. This is a backend enablement role and does not involve sales or pre-sales activities.

Regional travel will be required.

The Fit

To be successful in this role, you will come from either a Learning & Development / training background or a technical background, with a strong interest in delivering high-quality learning experiences for adult learners.

You may have built your career in professional training, adult education, or learning enablement, or you may have gained hands-on technical experience in security systems, engineering, IT, or technical support and developed a passion for teaching and knowledge transfer.

Regardless Of Background, You Will Demonstrate

• Experience delivering instructor-led and/or virtual training to adult learners
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to follow and deliver structured training syllabuses and certification programs
• Comfort working with technical or technology-based content, even if you have not come from a purely technical role
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop deeper product and system knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Willingness to travel regionally across Asia
• The position is to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  
  

Experience in technical environments, certification programs, partner enablement, or security solutions is advantageous but not mandatory, as full product training will be provided.
