The goal of the role of the Training Coordinator Executive is responsible for supporting the training team with administrative tasks, assisting in the preparation of training materials, and providing on-site support during training sessions and events. This role also involves actively engaging with participants, promoting training programs, and acting as a liaison during event booths to ensure smooth operations. This role will be part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter. You will work closely with the rest of the team towards the team’s goals of Fireproofing Malaysia.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, maintaining training calendars, and sending invitations to participants.
  • Prepare and organize training documents, attendance records, feedback forms, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Handle general correspondence related to training inquiries.
  • Set up training rooms, ensuring that necessary equipment (projectors, microphones, laptops) is available and functioning.
  • Manage inventory of training supplies and restock when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up and managing booths at events, exhibitions, or conferences.
  • Engage with attendees to promote training programs and answer inquiries.
  • Distribute promotional materials and collect leads for future training opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the training team and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide logistical and technical support during training sessions (both online and in-person).
  • Assist trainers in coordinating activities and addressing participants' needs.
  • Facilitate registration and ensure all attendees sign in and receive necessary materials.
  • Gather participant feedback and prepare summary reports.

As Training Coordinator Executive, you are required to possess the following criteria:-

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training support, administration, or event coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work during events, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
