Job Summary:
Gplex Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Training Admin to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a key administrative role in supporting our training and development initiatives across the organisation.
- Follow up on weekly training progress & reports
- Coordinate with external speakers/trainers
- Help manage training-related posts on WeChat, Facebook, etc.
- Share training info clearly with all agents
- Suggest new training ideas for agent development
- Help plan & organize training (venue, materials, certificates, etc.)

- Diploma or Degree (Fresh grads encouraged to apply!)
- Good at Excel, PowerPoint & Canva
- Responsible, detail-oriented & team player
- Can speak & write in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Friendly personality, willing to learn
- Training or admin experience is a plus!
- EPF/SOCSO/PCB
- Minimum 18 annual leave days, plus extra for birthday and wedding.
