Description

  • Responsible in sales & marketing for training programs.
  • To achieve targets & objective set in the budget.
  • Assist Manager in getting/ tap the new training opportunities to external parties.
  • Create training schedules track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
  • Coordinate and arrange the program and present to all clients.
  • Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
  • Able to handling HRDC platform.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level or equivalent, any field
  • Have an experienced at least 2 year in sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Computer literate
  • Good attitudes towards work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Responsible, pleasant and independent personality
  • Possess own transport will be an added advantage
