Job Summary:

We are looking for a CRM Developer with 5+ years of experience who has leadership experience and basic React.js skills, specifically in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions tailored to banking operations while leading a team to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM developers, ensuring project delivery within banking standards.
• Develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions to streamline banking processes.
• Integrate CRM systems with core banking applications, third-party APIs, and databases.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity in line with financial regulations.
• Automate banking workflows and enhance customer relationship management functionalities.
• Utilize basic React.js skills for front-end modifications and user interface improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize CRM solutions for banking operations.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for CRM applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CRM development experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
• Lead experience in managing CRM development teams.
• Strong expertise in CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and API integrations.
• Experience in banking domain CRM solutions (customer onboarding, KYC, loan processing, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, C# (.NET), or relevant CRM scripting languages.
• Basic working knowledge of React.js for UI enhancements.
• Strong understanding of banking compliance, security, and financial data management.
