About The Role
We’re looking for hands-on Drone Quality Control Technician to inspect, test, and ensure our drones meet the highest standards before they take flight. You’ll play a key role in identifying defects, improving product quality, and supporting root cause analysis—all while working with cutting-edge UAV technology.

About The Role
We’re looking for hands-on Drone Quality Control Technician to inspect, test, and ensure our drones meet the highest standards before they take flight. You’ll play a key role in identifying defects, improving product quality, and supporting root cause analysis—all while working with cutting-edge UAV technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify drone components (motors, frames, wiring, flight controllers, etc.) for quality and compliance with design specs.
- Conduct functional and flight tests — including battery, IMU, compass, motor rotation, and spraying system checks.
- Identify and report defects, assist in root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Track recurring issues and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Ensure drones are properly packed according to guidelines for safe delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QC or production, preferably in drone, aerospace, or electronics industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of drone systems and testing procedures.
- RCoC-B certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ISO, QA practices, and safety standards.
- Detail-oriented, communication skills and able to follow technical documentation.
- Physically fit for hands-on work.
