What We’re Looking For

A creative, data-driven UGC Strategist to lead our user-generated content ecosystem and drive high-performing TikTok-style content across channels.

In this role, you will collaborate with creators, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to produce engaging UGC that strengthens brand awareness, boosts conversions, and supports business goals.

This position requires strong creative direction, an eye for trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• UGC & Influencer Management
• Handle micro and mid-tier influencers, along with freelance UGC content creators.
• Source, brief, negotiate, onboard, and manage UGC partners based on campaign objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end content production, from concepting to delivery.
• Maintain creator databases, track deliverables, and build long-term creator relationships.
• Content Strategy & Creative Direction
• Develop UGC concepts, scripts, and content angles tailored to social platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Provide creative direction, review content quality, and ensure brand and messaging alignment.
• Spot and adapt emerging trends to inspire fresh, high-performing content.
• Performance Optimization
• Optimize UGC assets specifically for paid ads and performance-driven campaigns.
• Run A/B testing on creatives to improve engagement, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Identify best-performing hooks, formats, and styles to scale content output.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze content performance across platforms (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions).
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve future content.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams for aligned execution.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, review flows, and content approvals.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships where needed.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and advertising disclosure requirements.
  
  

The Right Fit Has…

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in UGC, social media, influencer marketing, or performance content roles.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to brief, guide, and manage creators.
• Creative storytelling ability with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance or creator analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under tight deadlines.
