Job Responsibility

UI Design Execution

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces for digital products across web and mobile applications.
  • Create pixel-perfect designs, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Create and maintain UI design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure UI designs align with user research and user flows.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user requirements into innovative design solutions.
  • Provide design specifications and assets to development teams and support them during implementation to ensure design accuracy.

Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new UI patterns and visual approaches to drive innovation.
  • Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, usability tests, and performance data.

Quality Assurance

  • Identify and troubleshoot UI inconsistencies and advocate for design improvements.
  • Conduct visual quality checks to ensure the consistency and accuracy of design implementation.
  • Work with developers to ensure UI designs are properly implemented during the development process.

Job Requirements

  • Strong expertise in UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Proven experience in responsive and interactive design across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong knowledge of building and maintaining design systems.
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect designs.
