UI/UX Designer – Mobile

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless, elegant experiences on small screens - experiences that are easy to use, fast, and trustworthy. You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to design core app features that help millions navigate their insurance and financial journey.

What You’ll Do

• Design UI/UX for BJAK’s mobile apps (iOS & Android) - from discovery to delivery.
• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
• Apply mobile-first design principles to optimize for screen sizes, load times, and platform conventions.
• Run usability tests and rapidly iterate based on user feedback.
• Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and design integrity.

• Can simplify flows and interfaces, especially for users new to fintech products.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience designing mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, or native apps).
• Solid understanding of mobile usability standards and mobile design systems.
• Strong portfolio showing clean, intuitive UI and thoughtful UX for mobile.
• Proficient in Figma, mobile prototyping, and responsive design tools.
• Based in Malaysia and open to hybrid work from HQ.
