About the role

As a Sales Advisor for Juara Jaya Auto Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our showroom located in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will see you engaging with a diverse clientele and contributing to the overall success of our automotive sales business.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalised recommendations on vehicle options
• Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers in a compelling and informative manner
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to final purchase and delivery
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and a keen interest in the automotive industry
• A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
• A team-oriented approach and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
