As the VES Growth Leader, APAC, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming APAC Commercial (sales & marketing) processes, driving growth, and empowering teams across Hach APAC.
Reporting to the Director, VES Commercial Operations APAC, you will be the key driver of VES processes that strengthen our commercial capabilities, foster continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable business success.

As the VES Growth Leader, APAC, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming APAC Commercial (sales & marketing) processes, driving growth, and empowering teams across Hach APAC.
Reporting to the Director, VES Commercial Operations APAC, you will be the key driver of VES processes that strengthen our commercial capabilities, foster continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable business success.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Coach & Empower Teams – Act as a hands-on coach and trainer, helping leaders and associates drive process improvements using VES methodologies.
- Optimize Performance – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, remove roadblocks, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in commercial growth.
- Champion Problem-Solving – Guide teams in leveraging VES tools (Kaizen, PSP, Daily Management) to deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive Innovation – Partner with the Global Marketing & Commercial Enablement team to drive best-in-class sales and marketing practices.
- Gemba Leadership – Work on the frontlines, ensuring successful adoption of VES practices and leading Kaizen workshops that result in sustained improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Alteast 10+ years of work experience
- Proven ability to implement process improvements & drive measurable business growth
- Sales or Business Development experience or Commercial Excellence experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM (e.g. SFDC) and Marketing Automation (e.g. Marketo) platforms.
- Passion to influence cross-functional global teams and helping teams win together.
- Experience with Kaizen leadership, problem-solving processes (PSP), and daily management systems (VMDM)
- Fluency in Thai (for Bangkok based role)
