Job Responsibility
- Develop creative, engaging, and fun content for social media platforms.
- Plan and shoot videos, photos, and other multimedia content.
- Edit videos and design posts to align with brand identity.
- Manage and grow the presence of the brand across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and XHS.
- Monitor trends and craft content that resonates with the target audience.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and campaigns that drive audience engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Effectively communicate the brand's tone and message across all content.
- Share and pitch new ideas with the team to keep the brand innovative and exciting.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar).
- Creativity in content creation, including generating engaging ideas for social media.
- Ability to craft compelling copywriting for captions and posts.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or XiaoHongShu (XHS).
- Prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
