Job Responsibility
- Work collaboratively with junior video editors to develop video and still content concepts.
- Proactively contributes conceptual and executes ideas to improve the quality of the end product.
- Actively shares new filming and photo techniques, style inspiration, and reference visuals to inspire creative team leads.
- Offers multiple edit options for internal and client team partners.
- Effectively manages time and tasks with various projects and deadlines.
- Embraces a collaborative edit process with internal and client team partners.
- Proactively communicates ideas and opportunities for visual storytelling throughout the post-production process.
- Minimum education: Diploma and above.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Bahasa Malaysia is optional
- 2+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in editing long-form and short-form videos in e-commerce.
- Creative background in filmmaking, videography, media, art, communication, photography, and technology.
- Comprehensive understanding of producing high-quality films or videos.
- Hands-on experience with film and video content production.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Attention to detail to ensure edits align with project objectives.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of bringing project goals to life.
- Experience with sound effects, music, and transitions in video editing.
- Proficient in creating visual representations for planned edits.
- Strong collaboration skills with other creative professionals.
