Key Responsibilities

Innovative Videography & Storytelling

• Lead the creative process from pre-production to post-production
• Collaborate with the team to research topics, develop compelling storylines, and script educational content
• Capture high-quality footage that brings complex topics (finance, economy, property, etc.) to life
• Use cinematic storytelling techniques to enhance audience retention and emotional engagement
  
  

Dynamic Video Production

• Set up scenes, manage equipment, and direct shoots for both studio and on-location filming
• Edit short-form and long-form content that simplifies information without losing impact
• Ensure videos are optimized for clarity, engagement, and shareability across platforms
  
  

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely among creative team to brainstorm and shape content ideas
• Translate creative briefs into visual narratives that align with our brand tone and audience expectations
• Contribute ideas during script development and ideation meetings
  
  

Social Media Content Optimization

• Adapt video content for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels), tailoring format, pacing, and captioning
• Stay on top of platform trends and audience behaviors to maximize engagement and visibility
  
  

Analytical Content Strategy

• Track and analyze video performance using social media metrics and viewer feedback
• Leverage insights to refine scripts, visuals, and post-production choices for future videos
