Responsibilities

• Edit video content, ensuring optimal resolution, format, and aspect ratios for various content platforms.
• Transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos with eye-catching transitions, effects, and sound design.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver content aligned with brand identity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video editing, and storytelling techniques.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper versioning and file management.
• Create basic motion graphics and animations as needed to enhance content.
• Optimize video content for engagement metrics such as retention, clicks, and shares.
• Experience working in a marketing or social media agency.
• Knowledge of photography and/or graphic design.
• Knowledge or interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing social media content.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut or AI video tools.
• Basic familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and editing workflows.
• Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media platform requirements and trends (e.g., TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential
