About the Role

At UrbanMetry, we believe in creating products that help us build cities that help rather than harm the people who live in them. We’re on a mission to disrupt and innovate how people buy and invest in property — and we're looking for a fast, creative, and resourceful Visual Content & Growth Designer to help us scale Urby’s product storytelling.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

1. Design compelling social graphics, carousels, and reels for new property drops, user education, and product explainers

2. Support short-form video editing (mobile-first formats: IG/TikTok)

3. Collaborate with the content and product teams to create infographics, decks, and visual stories

4. Design lightweight UI/UX assets for in-app screens and pages

5. Support visual needs for events, campaigns, and marketing experiments

What You Should Have

1. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or marketing design

2. A portfolio that shows strong visual taste and fast, creative execution

3. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

4. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)

Bonus: Interest in UI/UX, property, or tech products
