Collaborate with the VMD lead to execute and oversee the implementation of visual merchandising projects and innovative visual presentations across multiple store locations. This role focuses on supporting high-impact initiatives, ensuring the timely availability of visual merchandising displays. The role ensures the consistent application of advanced visual merchandising principles and best practices.

• Assist in integrating emerging trends and technologies into visual merchandising practices under the guidance of VMD lead.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and visual display performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
• Develop and propose new concepts for visual displays and store layouts in collaboration with the VMD lead, setting retail standards.
• Regularly review and update visual merchandising standards to maintain high visual and operational standards.
• Support the implementation of long-term visual merchandising strategies as directed by VMD lead, focusing on enhancing brand presence and customer experience. Work with VMD lead and other departments to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Provide buddy system and coordination on simple to moderate projects, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for modernizing retail spaces and assist in executing layout enhancements with modern aesthetics, under the direction of VMD lead.
• Oversee significant layout enhancements and store modernization projects.
• Co-lead cross-functional teams in executing visual merchandising projects and campaigns, supporting VMD lead in ensuring strategic impact and brand alignment.
• Assist VMD lead in tackling complex visual merchandising challenges by offering practical solutions and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
