VP, Strategy
BJAK
Date: 6 hours ago
City: Petaling Jaya
Contract type: Full time

Be the engine behind execution, clarity, and scale
At BJAK, we are building Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform - fast. Our mission is to simplify access to insurance and financial services for millions, and we’re moving at startup speed to get there. As VP Strategy to the CEO, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to turn vision into execution, and execution into results.
This is not a coordinator role. It’s a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who thrives in chaos, owns outcomes end-to-end, and shows up every day ready to push harder. Own cross-functional problems and fix them like the company’s future depends on it - because you’re personally invested in seeing it succeed.
Why this role matters
i) Strategic Planning and Execution
We’re a lean, high-performance team that moves fast and holds a high bar. Titles don’t matter here - output, integrity, and ownership do. Everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves, contribute meaningfully, and take initiative.
We reward people who think like owners. We value speed, clarity, and relentless ownership. If you’re hungry to grow and care deeply about excellence, this is your kind of environment.
Why Join Us
BJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform. Headquartered in Malaysia with operations in Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan, we help millions of users access transparent, affordable financial protection. Through automation, AI, and intelligent systems, we simplify complex financial services, making them faster, more inclusive, and accessible to all.
If you're ready to lead from behind the scenes and help drive the company forward, we welcome you to join us.
