Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure prompt and attentive table service
• Maintain a clean and well-organised dining area
• Assist with food preparation and serving as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
