Responsibilities
- To assist operation in daily administrative activities.
- To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operation activities.
- To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operation issues.
- To analyse operation performance and purpose the solution for process improvement.
- To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
- Candidate possessed at least an SPM or Diploma in Logistics/Transportations/Supply Chain or any related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High level of accuracy in handling documentation, inventory records, and shipment verifications.
