Responsibilities

• To assist operation in daily administrative activities.
• To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operation activities.
• To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operation issues.
• To analyse operation performance and purpose the solution for process improvement.
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Candidate possessed at least an SPM or Diploma in Logistics/Transportations/Supply Chain or any related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High level of accuracy in handling documentation, inventory records, and shipment verifications.
