Warehouse Executive

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in related field or experience or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Language pruriency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Description

• To carry out the warehouse and shipping activities the targeted expectations of the company.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt & transfer of raw-material, semi-finished goods and dispatch of goods.
• Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
• To plan proper layout and warehouse space planning to ensure materials are stored in safe, efficient and compliant manner.
• Coordinating the use of automated and strict adherence to computerized systems of the company.
• Material order PO & PR placement and monitoring ensure meet production plan schedule.
• Responding to and dealing with internal stake holder communication by email and telephone.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance & ensuring good utilization practices of material handling equipment, storage racks & other facilities provided.
