Warehouse Executive (Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Plan and coordinate daily operations for efficient material handling and storage
• Ensure accurate stock counts, maintain real-time stock records, and minimize discrepancies
• Support monthly stock counts and assist with year-end stock audits
• Space planning job execution to maximise storage
• Implement new improvement projects for a more efficient and robust operation with TPM methology
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Man Power Plan, assign, and oversee contractor staff operations
• Monitor contractor productivity and performance to meet operational KPIs
• Maintain warehouse safe and clean for work (5S)

Requirement:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools
• Strong understanding of inventory control methods and material handling
• Certification in forklift operation or occupational safety (preferred)
• Must we able to work in shifts
• Sharp analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in English language
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
