Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishmend
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to optimize warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with production, sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity, safety and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques and supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
