Warehouse Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

• To lead and supervise warehouse workers on daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign tasks and duties to team members, and supervise to ensure efficient and accurate transactions of inbound and outbound activities.
• To assist in implementing operational policies and procedures by adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and safety guidelines.
• Secure and accurate inventory keeping.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to superior for continuous process improvement.
• Willing to work at CARiNG Pharmacy Distribution Centre at Puchong for 2-3 months before being relocate to Bukit Raja.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field and have working experience in warehousing.
• At least 2 years working experience in related fields is required for this position.
• A dynamic personality, responsible and mature team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Those without the relevant qualifications but with the relevant experiences are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work long hours during peak cycles from time to time.
