- Melaksanakan kerja kimpalan dan pemasangan untuk kaki perabot
- Membentuk bahagian mengikut pelan atau spesifikasi reka bentuk
- Menyelia proses coating dan penggunaan oven
- Menyelenggara mesin dan alat dengan baik
- Memberi panduan kepada welder junior jika diperlukan
- Menjamin kualiti hasil kerja mengikut standard kilang
Mahir dalam:
- Teknik kimpalan MIG & arka, termasuk sambungan dan pembentukan
- Pemasangan bentuk dan struktur kaki perabot (custom design)
- Penggunaan solder, grinder, mesin drilling & mesin pemotong logam
- Mesin bending â termasuk tetapan sudut (angle) & penjajaran (pairing)
- Proses coating & penggunaan oven â kawalan suhu & masa
- Mesin pembersih logam (metal cleaning) â buang cat dan rawatan permukaan
Kelayakan Yang Diperlukan
- Pengalaman 3 tahun ke atas dalam kerja kimpalan atau pembuatan komponen logam perabot
- Seorang yang teliti, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari atau dalam pasukan
- Mampu membaca pelan, ukuran, dan spesifikasi kerja dengan tepat
Status Jawatan: Sepenuh Masa
Waktu Bekerja: Isnin â Sabtu (8.30 pagi â 5.00 petang)
