Working as a Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual), We Offer:

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual), You Will:
- Answer calls in Mandarin and English based on the needs of the client.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Ensure proper security procedures are followed for all clients.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to clients.
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
- Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the account as per business requirements.
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual), You Have:
- The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Mandarin
- Past translation or interpretation-related work or medical background (would be considered an asset)
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection - 30 Mbps Minimum
- A secure area in the home to work from.
- The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting.
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
- Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- The understanding that although this is a work from home position, you must be located in Malaysia.
