- Research and reach out to KOLs/KOCs on Xiao Hong Shu
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns from briefing to posting
- Create brand-aligned XHS content (images, captions, visuals)
- Track performance and suggest content or KOL improvements
- Stay updated on XHS trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm
- Strong interest in Chinese social media and Xiao Hong Shu culture
- Fluent in Chinese (written & reading); bonus if conversational too
- Basic image editing/design skills (Canva, PS, Meitu, etc.)
- Organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented
- Treats internship like a full-time role — takes initiative
